Jun 2, 2023 8:47 PM UTC We're aware of a problem with Merchant Center affecting a significant subset of users. We will provide an update by Jun 2, 2023, 9:30 PM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. Please note that this resolution time is an estimate and may change. The affected users are unable to access Merchant Center, but we've provided a workaround below.

A fix is being rolled out for Promotion Builder errors. We'll have an update shortly.

We will provide an update by Jun 2, 2023, 8:30 PM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. Please note that this resolution time is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Merchant Center, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Merchants may receive an error message in a red bar when trying to create promotions.

Merchants can Add/Update Promotions through Feeds instead of through the Promotions Builder in order to work around this issue.
